New Fast Track NLP-A is a therapeutic approach to personal and professional development created by Jane Salmon (Founder of Quantum Leap NLP and Hypnotherapy)〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Research – Neuro Linguistic Programming )〕 in 2014. New Fast Track NLP-A is an adaptive, integrated therapeutic combination of the methodical as well as evolutionary techniques of seven key disciplines: Provocative Therapy - Frank Farrelly, NLP Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Bandler, Grinder and Judy DeLozier), Clean Language (David Grove), timeline work (British Psychological Society-Charles Myers), the Short Circuit Self-Reference Neuro Deception Model (also created by Jane Salmon of Quantum Leap NLP 2014), and the new mBit or mBraining (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques)work of Marvin Oka and Grant Soosalu.〔.〕 Added to the New Fast Track NLP-A in February 2015 will be the Elman Induction, a fast hypnotherapeutic induction established by Dave Elman (Explorations in Hypnosis 1970, Nash Pub; Hypnotherapy, 1970 Dave Elman, ) New Fast Track NLP-A (A is an acronym for Adaptive) differs in its concept from NLP in that it has eliminated two key components of NLP, namely external modeling of excellence in favor of internal modeling, and the Swish pattern. Unlike other adaptive NLP techniques New Fast Track NLP-A typically uses Clean Language as a prime consideration in its application where "steering" and "suggestive outcomes" are avoided in favor of a client's own symbolic modeling and use of metaphorical perspectives at the subconscious level. Once any variation of at least two of the other disciplines are brought into combined use, there is the possibility for the integration from the subconscious to conscious level to be expedited. Calibration of ecology is then undertaken followed by a repeat calibration. Although too new to be categorically proven as having long-lasting effects, measurable studies are currently being undertaken by Quantum Leap NLP and Hypnotherapy (in collaboration with others) over a three-year period with results expected to be published late 2017.
